Our returns policy is flexible but we ask that cancellations are advised to us within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to cancel your order you must advise us by email, fax or letter. Products should be returned at your own cost with its original packaging, receipt and the product itself unused or unworn and accompanied with your name and address and order reference.
Remember, before purchase, if in any doubt about size, colour or suitability of a product, you can telephone or email us with any queries about all of our products. Our staff know and use the gear and we respond to emails quickly in working hours.
Freetime reserves the right to charge a returns handling fee of £25.00 where goods which are not normally held in stock are ordered in at the specific request of customers.
If for any reason your order arrives with a fault or it has been damaged during transit, first contact us then send it back and we will send you a replacement or arrange for a repair.
Please note, all returns from outside the UK should have marked on the outside of the parcel as "goods being returned to UK supplier for refund" so this will not incur any additional carriage/custom charges.
All the products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty which will cover the product for faults and defects. This period of cover can vary, most items will be 1 year, but it is worth remembering that warranties do not cover general wear and tear. If you have an issue with a product purchased from Freetime, contact us first. Returned items with a warranty or repair issue should be clean and you will have to cover the postage cost back to Freetime.
