Whether it’s trudging through the village to après, or hiking that ridgeline for one last run, an efficient walk mode always comes in handy.
The Pinnacle 100 ski boot is the newest, softest flexing member of the Pinnacle bloodline and features the same Synchro Interlock that makes the 130 and 110 so adept at both skiing and walking. The lasted CushFit Tour INTUITION® liner provides all-day comfort and warmth, while replaceable DIN-Compatible Outsoles, Padded Mid-Grip and 45mm Velcro PowerStrap deliver lasting utility and durability.
Synchro Interlock - Built on the Energy Interlock design platform, the Synchro Interlock enables the simultaneous release of both an internal wedge and the Interlock. When released, the Synchro Interlock delivers greater fore and aft range of motion for more efficient touring. Engaging the wedge and Interlock functionally creates an all-mountain boot, with 100% of the flex index and uncompromised downhill performance. This user-friendly design can be locked or released with the flick of a ski pole for on-the-go efficiency.
PowerFuse SpYne - A rear co-injected “Y” shaped design that adds strength and power to the Energy Interlock, the PowerFuse SpYne maximizes fore/aft flex efficiency and lateral stiffness for sustained performance and responsiveness in all terrain. Because of the SpYne, we are able to optimize materials in the cuff and shell, eliminating excessive vibrations in rough terrain.
Dual Cuff Alignment - Adjust +/- 2.2 degrees on medial and lateral sides for a total range of 4.4 degrees. This enables adjustment to the lower leg angle for maximum comfort and performance.
Replaceable DIN-Compatible Outsoles - Thanks to our Integrated Tech Fittings, our replaceable outsoles are all DIN-compatible, so you no longer have to switch outsoles to accommodate your various binding setups.
Padded Mid-Grip - Duel Injected Thermo Plastic Rubber (TPR) for added grip and traction while walking on rocks or riding on snowmobiles.
45mm Velcro Powerstrap - Extra wide, strong, and powerful cam-lock PowerClinch strap featured on the SpYne 130. Durable Velcro Powerstraps in varying widths for support and strength on all other models.
Cushfit Tour Intuition Liner - The liner utilizes a combination of standard open and closed cell EVA foam combined with INTUITION® around the heel to offer warmth, comfort, and performance with a lasted fit. Tour Flex Notches are found at the same main hinge points as the other tour liners to support natural flex with the ankle and optimize range of motion when in walk mode.
Please note that there can be

Buying Footwear Online
If you are thinking of buying footwear from our
website, we want to give your purchase the best chance of achieving a great
Fitting correctly is a specialist skill and as we
are unable to be with you at this time we want to be sure that you have the
best chance of enjoying your choice.
There are a number of simple ways in which fit
can be enhanced so you may wish to experiment with lacing methods, sock
thickness, or even insoles. Shoes and boots can even be stretched to fit
around abnormalities such as bunions and bone spurs. If you should require
help with the fit please do not hesitate to call our boot fitters on 01228
Additionally we may be able to recommend
alternative styles of footwear. These choices can be wider or narrower and in
half UK sizes.
Unique conditions of fit apply to rock boots.
Generally a tight fit is more acceptable for performance climbing and some
degree of stretch is to be expected.
Ø Put the boot or shoe on with a thin sock.
It is better to try boots on after you have been on your feet for a few
hours. Check the amount of space around the foot. You should be able to move
your foot from side to side about 4mm and from front to back about 10mm.
Ø Select a sock thickness that will fill
the side to side space.
Ø Lace up neat but not tight. If the lacing
at the top of the boot is too tight you can miss out the top hooks,
Ø Walk around indoors on carpet. New boots
are a little stiffer and will break in. Because of this initial stiffness you
may experience a little heel lift.
Ø If in doubt give us a call on 01228
Ø Everything OK? Head for the hills!
Please note that exchanges and returns can only
be made if the packaging and labelling is intact, the footwear is clean and
especially has not been worn outdoors.
